RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns within 30 days after the delivery date as long as the product has not been used or washed.  You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error with your order, you will not be charged a re-stocking fee and return shipping charges.

In order to initiate the return process, please call or email our customer service department. We will provide full instructions to return the product, and either refund your money, or send you replacement products.

Return Conditions
  • Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. Samples may not be returned.

  • Returned items must be in new, and unused, and unwashed condition. Returns must contain all pieces in each case/bale and be packed in the original packaging.

  • If the item is delivered defective, please email or call us immediately and provide photographs if possible. We will send you a replacement and pay for the return shipping. You will not be responsible for any re-stocking fees.

  • Return Shipping Charges: Once the order has been shipped, buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, except in the event of defective product.

  • Restocking fees:  15% restocking fee for items unless otherwise noted. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

 

  • Please allow 7-10 business days after receipt for your credit to show up on your account.
